NOTICE TO SUBSCRIBERS
Effective August 31, 2003, Channel 19 (Gateway Local Access ReBroadcast) will be discontinued
and removed from the Tessier County Cable channel lineup as part of the transition of service to our
new operator.
Tessier County Cable thanks its subscribers for sixteen years of community programming.

Channel 19 – Gateway Local Access ReBroadcast
Channel 19 is Tessier County's public access and local origination channel, operated by Tessier County Cable
under the terms of the County franchise agreement. Channel 19 carries county council meetings, community
announcements, religious services, youth programming, and other programming of local interest, and is
provided at no charge to all basic cable subscribers.
Community Bulletin Board. Non-profit organizations, churches, schools and county residents may submit
announcements for the Community Bulletin Board. Announcements are shown on a rotating basis between
scheduled programs.
Community Programming Requests. Residents may submit programming for consideration using
Form 19-C, available at the Tessier County Clerk's office or by calling the Community Programming
Request Line at (314) 555-0119. All submissions are subject to Programming Standards review in accordance
with Section 7 of the franchise agreement. Tessier County Cable reserves the right to decline any submission.
Continuous Programming. In accordance with Section 7 of the franchise agreement, Channel 19 maintains
continuous programming at all hours. When no scheduled program is available, library programming is
provided by the station's automated continuity system.
